Please carpool! We will reimburse traveling expenses for one car for every four conference attendees from a chapter.  Thus, if your chapter sends between 1 and 4 people, we'll reimburse one car; between 5 and 8 people, two cars, etc.* We can reimburse bridge tolls and any necessary parking expenses. All meals the day of the conference will be provided and thus not separately reimbursed.

For all chapters, we will provide lodging for Friday night.  For Fall Conferences, qualified chapter officers will arrange their own hotel room(s) and be reimbursed.  For Spring Conferences, the District will arrange for your hotel room, provided you attend the entire conference.   Because our budget is limited, we will only reimburse for shared rooms.
