Directions Hotel: Harrah’s, downtown Reno 219 North Center Street Reno, NV Friday night lodging is provided to members that submitted their RSVP via the Conference Evite. Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Be sure to bring your ID, as the reservation is under your name, if you RSVP’d via the conference Evite. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel may ask for a credit to put on your room for incidental charges (such as phone, room service, movies, etc.) Please note that Tau Beta Pi will not reimburse you for any charges to your room. Guests under 21 are not allowed in the gambling areas of the hotel casino. Meeting rooms on Campus Davidson Mathematics and Science Center, ROOM 102 University of Nevada, Reno Saturday morning, head over to the campus. One way to get there from the hotel: Take Center Street toward 80-N, and cross over to E. 9th. Turn right onto E. 9th Curve to the left at Evans Ave. Park in the metered parking lot on the left or one of the lots on the right of the road. Parking is free at meters and in lots on weekends, unless otherwise indicated. Davidson Mathematics and Science is next to the Fleischmann Agriculture building.
